Medguard are working hard to ensure all your goods arrive with you on time. Due to these unprecedented times, we are experiencing some delays which are affecting the arrival times from our suppliers and manufacturers. All Ports around the world have large container / truck shortages, which are mostly being used for storing PPE by governments everywhere. This has created a knock-on effect and caused a delay on all other deliveries of parcels and goods. Courier drivers are now busier than ever due to the huge surge in demand. Furthermore, there are delays in the manufacturing process. Raw materials are in huge demand and this creates further delays in the Far East and Europe. Brexit will also have an impact on the lead times for goods and we are currently planning ahead to minimise the effects this will have. Due to all of the above issues Medguard has created measures to maintain our speedy and efficient service. We hold a large volume of stock to combat stock delays / shortages and we work closely with our customers to forecast and plan for their requirements. If you find that a product is out of stock, our exceptional sales and purchasing teams can advise you of alternatives and lead times. Medguard encourage customers to increase their stock levels where possible and anticipate usage. We appreciate your understanding in recognising the difficulties that we and many others are facing and you can be rest assured that we are working as hard as we can to maintain our highest level of service.
